Who runs the site, how it is paid for and what we do not do
Best Single Parent Holidays is an independent UK website for parents who go on holiday without another adult. That includes parents who are separated, divorced, widowed or solo by choice, as well as parents whose partner stays at home.
Going away as one adult often costs more. Rooms are priced for two, free child places need two full payers and the savings that do exist are buried in small print. We put them all in one place.
What we do
- Read each company's own offer pages and terms every day
- List the code, the amount and the rules in plain English
- Say so when a company has no single parent saving at all
- Build free tools such as the consent letter maker and the free child place checker
What we do not do
- We do not review or rate companies, hotels or resorts, because we have not stayed at them all. We stick to published facts
- We do not sell holidays. You book with the company directly
- We do not give legal or financial advice. Our paperwork pages point to GOV.UK and suggest a solicitor when it matters
How the site is paid for
Some links on this site earn a commission if you go on to book, at no cost to you. Links through /visit/ are the ones that may be paid. Commission never decides which savings appear or their order. Savings are sorted by what they are worth to you.
